Week Five: Tuesday, July 28th-Saturday, August 2
Wednesday, July 29th
Thursday, July 30th
Friday, July 31
- Blog Post #16: First, describe what you did for peer review. Second, reflect on how peer review went. What went well for you? What helped you actually develop your ideas rather than just edit the words on the page?
- Visit three peers’ blogs to see what they did and comment.
Thursday, July 30th
- Blog Post #17: Kinda Free Post--Use this as a prompt: What’s weird?
- Complete Peer Review Assessment
- Using the revised “A Good Interview” document, the Evaluation Criteria, and what you learned from my comments on your interview, peer review one of your group member’s interviews. Remember that you will be reposting your interview on your website for a final grade before the end of the course, so take advantage of having the opportunity to really polish this piece of work.
Friday, July 31
- Blog Post #18: If you were to do this course again, what topic would you choose to write about and why.
- Read PSA Project Prompt, due Friday, August 8th at midnight
- Blog Post #19: Post a project proposal for your PSA; be sure to include what media you’re considering and why. Include rhetorical choices and how you think they will work well for your specific audience (also remember to choose a specific audience). You might want to (by this, I mean, I think you should) revisit your textbook.
- Respond to your peers project proposals with constructive feedback
